Filmpoem: John Glenday, Vicki Feaver and Alastair Cook


Sat 16th July. 2pm. Join poets John Glenday and Vicki Feaver alongside artist Alastair Cook for an afternoon of poetry and poetry-film. Alastair will premier two new films sourced from John Glenday’s poetry collection The Firth, alongside both poets reading their work and discussing poetry and poetry-film. Filmpoem is an artists’ moving image project founded by artist Alastair Cook in 2010. As a collective, they deliver education and community projects, and promote the work of poets, filmmakers and composers. They have collaborated with organisations such as the Southbank, The Poetry Society, Poetry International, Scottish Poetry Library, Alchemy, Antwerpen Boekenstad, Poëziecentrum and Haus für Poesie.
